The topnotcher of the 2020 Cagayan State University College Admission Test (CSUCAT) is from Santiago City National High School.
Frances Kathryn Agcaoili notched a 99.99+ percentile, according to the post of The CSU Communicator. This gives her the upper .01 percent of all the examinees of the CSUCAT.
According to The CSU Communicator, apart from graduating with honors this year, Agcaoili is also a Math wizard.
On top of that, she is a Department of Science and Technology (DOST) scholar.
