This Man Thought He Found A Rare Bird Specie In A Forest Until It Hatches!

Roughly 85% of these species are still undiscovered and are waiting to be seen and studied. One of the most recent discoveries made is this peculiar looking egg which was discovered by a man while he was wandering inside a forest.
Reports have indicated that the egg originates from Tasmania, Australia and New Zealand. At first glance it appears to look like a bird's egg but upon further inspection, it's actually a mushroom called the "Devil's Finger".
It's a weird and unique species of mushroom mainly due to the fact that it grows inside an egg sac and hatches just like a bird egg. The process is fascinating because about 4 to 8 tentacles of the mushroom erupt from the egg sac to give it a sinister look, hence the name Devil's Finger.
The tentacles are red in color and are vibrant in appearance although the smell may deter you since it has a foul odor.
Scientists say that the tentacles are edible while still inside the sac but one it sprouts, it turns inedible.
